I was selling my Dad's home when I moved him to a memory care unit. Ken was professional, realistic, hardworking, honest, and spent a lot of time and effort in my behalf. I would use him again in a second!

Ken was the best realtor we worked with.  I had contacted many, many realtors while looking for properties online.  Most realtors sent me listings well above my asking and didn't really listen to what I wanted.  When I first met Ken, of all the folks I talked to, he always answered his phone or replied by text right away.  We met him at the first home we picked, and, to our surprise, he had a folder full of other homes in the area like it to show us.  He came prepared and I was impressed.  No other realtor had done that.  He showed me comps without asking and was very honest about values and what I should be bidding.  After buying my personal home from him, I sold one of my rentals and utilized his services.  It sold above asking in 2 days.  He even did some work to help prep it!  I invited him to my wedding!  I have told my friends and family about how awesome he was and at least one has contacted him so far.  He is the best Re/Max has and I'll be sure to let everyone know.
